This year’s price will be £42.50 for a 3 course meal per head.  Please see the menu and booking form which have been circulated by email.

Accommodation:

Hornby Laithe Bunkhouse, Stainforth (https://hornbylaithe.co.uk/the-barn/) has been booked on behalf of the club for our sole use on Friday and Saturday nights.  The club intends to provide minibus taxi between bunkbarn and dinner and return. The bunkbarn is spacious with up to 50+ places and there is a drying room which can be locked for bikes. Bring a sleeping bag and towel with you. Parking is available, but car share if possible to reduce the number of cars (and help save the planet). As usual the plan is to arrange a communal meal at the bunkbarn on the Friday evening. Hotel or other accommodation is also available in the area.
