Four Crags – Raw Head – Langdale
13 June @ 16:00 - 15 June @ 17:00
The Four Crags meet is a classic Gristone meet – first done in the 1960’s so its been running off and on for nearly 60 years. The club was very ambitious on the first occasion. In my case, with Rodger Sutcliffe, we did Bowfell Buttress, followed by Bridges Route (Esk Buttress), Mickledore Grooves (Scafell) and finally Old West Route (Pillar).
Choose your crags and your routes – it’s up to you. However Langdale on its own is a perfect location to select 4 crags whether you want to focus on the miles or climbing difficulty.
Its perfectly based at the FRCC Raw Head hut.
